Kadavermarch

Finally I got the movie up.
It is quite some time since we finnished it, but never the less. I still think you guys should have the pleasure watching it aswell.

Kadavermarch

Hey everyone.

Just want to throw some news out there.

I am currently working a project in my school with almost the whole class working together.
We are making a trailer for a fictional  movie called kadavermarch (zombie march).

The original book is a danish teenage horror book by dennis jürgensen.

We should really have been working for some directors  at the national filmschool of Denmark, but most of my class found the pitches they showed us either too bad/weird or lacking fun work to do.

So instead a guy from my class came up with the idea for this project.

We have 6 weeks to do it all from concept to finished product.

With just 2 weeks left we are working as hard as we can to get this done in time for the deadline.

tommorow (friday), we are starting the first renders so we hopefully can start compositing when we meet monday.

My first job on this production has been modelling and texturing of one of the 2 main characters.

He is called Sid and he is a real badass,  just killin' them zombies all the time. He even carry a milecounter around to count the numbers of zombies he has slayed.

secondly I've done some prop modelling and set dressing, which I am working on now.

My 2 biggest props is a bus that crashed into a building in the beginning of the trailer and a generic car for some background stuff in the same scene as the bus.

I am looking forward to start putting it all together the next 2 weeks.

Keep an eye out I will show some of the stuff I have done in the next few weeks.

2nd Semester Short Movie

Hey you guys.

I just wanted to show you the short movie my group did at my school.

We were 5 people in the group and worked for a few months.
It has been a great learning experience, and definately well worth it.

I think we ended okay, not as great as we could though, but okay.

multimedia animator - DONE

Hey you guys.

Last friday, I finished school, So haven't been up to much this week so far.
I'm mostly trying to figure out a way to earn 50.000$ . which is what my new school(start in september) will cost.

Anyways, I wanted to show my final project for this school.
It had to be some kind of product and I should be able to logically explain why I do almost anything done in it.
I chosed to make a MTV Commercial Bumper, in a 21second length, so You can cut the first part out to make it shorter.

We had 12 days to make it in.
But I'm not really satisfied with it, there are some things that really annoys me.
Especially the masking, but that was coursed by after effects made a minor fuck up on my file, the only thing that didn't work well, was masking and that was the primary thing I had to use, tough luck.

But I ended my exam with a B, after all that's pretty satisfying.

Fundemental course final

Hey

Last monday I started my fundemental course final, and Just this friday started the production.
I've been working on the idea, concept art, storyboard etc.

I'm going for a mtv commercial bumper, Hopefully it'll turn out good, I'm a bit worried since I am already behind my schedule.
But I just wanted to show the concept for the character (Which is actually already modelled, but I will show that one later) and the environment where it will be happening.

As you can see, there is different concepts on this picture, but I'm using a mixture of the 1st and the 2nd body. the picture is made for the documentation where I also show the progress through the project. (I have to write a so damn much about everything I do here, and even give em all my source files).

Next is the environment

I never tried doing a concept like this before, so I had alot of fun with trial and error, even though it is far from awesome, I am still very satisfied with it, and learned alot from it.

You can actually see I started from the right, and then gradually got an idea of how it worked, I find it quite funny ;).

So last but not least, I will show you my storyboard, even though I'm problaly the only one who can read it, ha ;).

I don't think I wanna explain it further, I hope you can see it for yourself.

But thats it for me, hopefully I won't wait that long till next post.
